SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Fit And Tatted products are prepared with care. Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

During new drops, restocks, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5–7 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Processing time is separate from the shipping time provided at checkout.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY

Available shipping options, estimated delivery times, and costs are displayed at checkout based on the order and destination.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the shipping carrier, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier’s tracking system to update.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We will try to update the address, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production, fulfillment, or shipping.

Fit And Tatted is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout.

DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package is delayed, check the tracking information for the most recent carrier update.

Carrier delays may occur after an order leaves our facility. Contact us through our Contact page with your order number if you need assistance.

PACKAGES MARKED DELIVERED

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it:

  • Check around the delivery location.
  • Ask household members or neighbors.
  • Allow 24–48 hours, as some carriers mark packages delivered early.
  • Contact the shipping carrier for additional information.

You may also contact Fit And Tatted, and we will assist where possible.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Contact us promptly if your package arrives damaged or appears to have been lost during shipping.

Include your name, order number, tracking information, and clear photographs of any damaged packaging or merchandise. Each situation will be reviewed individually.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Contact us as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation.

Once production or fulfillment has begun, we may be unable to modify or cancel the order.
