ORDER PROCESSING

Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During new drops, restocks, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5–7 business days.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order and another email with tracking once it ships.

SHIPPING TIMES

Delivery times begin after processing and depend on the shipping method and destination selected at checkout. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

TRACKING

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used during checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Contact us immediately if your shipping address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production or shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

DELAYED OR MISSING PACKAGES

After a package leaves our facility, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. Carrier delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

For a package marked delivered but not received, check around the delivery location, ask household members or neighbors, and contact the carrier. You may also contact Fit And Tatted through our Contact page for assistance.
