RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be satisfied with your Fit And Tatted purchase.

RETURN WINDOW

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify, merchandise must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
  • In its original condition
  • Returned with any original tags or packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

STARTING A RETURN

Contact Fit And Tatted through our Contact page and include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Item being returned
  • Reason for the return or exchange

Please wait for return instructions before mailing anything back. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges depend on current size, color, and product availability. We cannot guarantee that the requested replacement will remain available.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Inspect your order after delivery. Contact us promptly if you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.

Include your order number and clear photographs so we can review the issue and make it right.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Worn or washed apparel
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked final sale

REFUNDS

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether the refund was approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Bank or card processing times may vary. Shopify refunds are returned through the original payment method rather than a different card or account. 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order was incorrect, damaged, or defective.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or change an order. Once production or fulfillment has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
